Greetings,
The first quarter of 2008 has found us with sold out chapter meetings, a new website almost complete, and knee deep in planning the National Conference coming up in August. We have also had several new members join, which is continued evidence of how amazing our chapter is. We recently had our board retreat, which allowed the board members to set our goals for 2008. I would love to share these with the chapter as we can strive for this goals together:
- Execute and maintain new website
- Submit a minimum of 3 National Awards
- Convert 25% of first time attendees/non-members to members after a chapter meeting with 7-10 days
- Host monthly President’s Reception for 1st time attendees and new members at each chapter meeting from 5-5:30pm before the chapter meeting
- Recruit committee members for all committees, specifically- Membership, Hospitality, Programs, and Affiliate Rep
These are all attainable goals that with we can definitely reach by the end of 2008!!!
